2 /5 Chicago girl Reviews: After being on the road for four hours along the iconic Route 66, we were starving and decided to stop here randomly. We’re from Chicago, and when we arrived, the restaurant wasn’t busy only about four tables were seated. Even though it was quiet, it took about 15 minutes for someone to come over and take our order. Once our server finally came, she was friendly, and we ordered a steak and a burger. The food was excellent—cooked perfectly and full of flavor. Unfortunately, the service was disappointing. Our server never checked back on us, forgot about our table, and didn’t ask if we needed anything. Meanwhile, another table sat down after us and was helped almost immediately. Overall, the food was great, but the service really brought the experience down.

3 /5 Elliot Riley: It was a reliable visit, with nothing memorable overall. We were sat quickly, which was nice. Initial service was quick, although bar drinks took a long time to be delivered. Service then slowed down overall, it took us especially long to pay and leave at the end. The food was okay. While it’s reasonably priced for steak and similar items, it’s not great. The ribeye I received was pretty thin and I didn’t like the green beans. Despite being competitive with prices, the experience is meh.

1 /5 Maylyn Ramos: Disappointing Experience at Texas Roadhouse Edwardsvile I was really looking forward to dining at Texas Roadhouse, but unfortunately, it turned out to be a frustrating experience. We were initially told there would be a 40-minute wait, but thankfully, we were seated earlier than expected. However, when we asked if we could switch tables because the booth was too tight, the host said she would check—only to return and abruptly inform us they would just extend the table, cutting us off mid-conversation. I was left speechless. My husband ended up awkwardly seated in the middle of the aisle, which felt unnecessary and embarrassing, especially since it was just the two of us and our son. I would have understood if we were a large group, but that wasn’t the case. When the food arrived, it was barely hot. As someone who works in the F&B industry, I could tell it had been sitting for 10 to 15 minutes before being served. After just a couple of bites, I decided to ask for a box and cut the meal short. This was the worst dining experience I’ve had in all my years in America. The lack of attentiveness, poor service, and lukewarm food made it truly disappointing. I hope the management takes feedback seriously and improves both customer service and food quality. Unfortunately, I wouldn’t recommend this place. If I can only put no star/rate i would do so!

4 /5 Easy E: It was ok,i dont know if all of them are affiliated or not ,didnt wanna chance sending my primerib back,was supposed to be medium,you look at it and tell me...also it was not hot,but again wasnt going to chance it...service was slow

2 /5 Theodore Tillman: My burger was burnt and salty. My toddler hotdogs was salty. Staff was awesome Amber was our server she great. The cooks need to step they game up.
