John Skinner Service was ok, atmosphere is what youd expect from a decently updated breakfast spot. Star is the food. Been many times and anything we order from the kitchen is always great. The menu has a good variety, some creative options and a lot of classics with the right amount of side options so that most can assemble the breakfast they want. This past time, I got biscuits and gravy, two eggs over easy, with hash browns. All of it was perfect. My daughter is a chicken tender connoisseur and rates Honey Jams as her second favorite. This place can get busy, but we did not have to wait for a party of 5; the dining room is large and there are many tables, though some can be rather close together.

Connie Smelcer Excellent Asian food covering multiple regions. They offer Chinese, Japanese and Thai cuisine. Beautiful presentation and great food. One of our favorite Asian places in Southern Illinois.

Kim Hoffman Alfanos is by far my favorite place to grab a pizza or anything Italian food. Theres just something about the taste you get at Alfanos that you wont find anywhere else! Ive been coming to Alfanos over 35 plus years and I dont plan on stopping anytime soon. If you havent tried Alfanos then do yourself a favor and try it . If you have well...if you know you know!

Sue Washington We were deciding to take my sister and brother out for their birthday dinner. My grandson looked on the website and found Uncle Bucks at first I didn’t know if I wanted to go but we decided to go in East Peoria, so we jumped in the car and we went November 7 now November 7. I was excited because that was 18 years that I have worked two jobs so we went decided we wanted to play arcade and bowling we went late so we decided we will just eat. My other sister sister lives in Peoria just got off of work so now we are celebrating three Birthdays. My niece lives in Peoria also and use to work there. But to make a long story short we was getting ready to sit down to order our food the waitress came and said you said more people are with you come with me we hesitated because we didn’t know where they were taking us but they took us to the back and the room was Beautiful with a fireplace and all. We had a nice time. The food was great, and it wasn’t expensive either. The waitress Charlie was wonderful. The manager was so nice he came out to talk with us it was said their birthday is there someone to sing Happy Birthday he said I can’t but just a minute. So here comes his other waitresses to sing Happy Birthday that made the celebration even more special and they ate ice cream to top the night off. We enjoyed ourselves at Uncle Buck’s.

Danielle Wright Happy to have found this place. Its been a long time since I have had such a flavorful and satisfying meal from a pub style restaurant. Fried chicken was on special. The chicken had so much flavor. It tasted like grandmas southern fried with perfectly crispy skin and juicy meat without being too greasy. The white gravy was also delicious. I usually dislike white gravy but that was my only choice for the potatoes. I would absolutely eat it again. Our waitress was very friendly, personable, and attentive. I hope we get her again when we go back. The restaurant was clean and had an inviting atmosphere. For desert, I recommend the caramel apple pie! The brown butter cake was also good but the pie was better. 10/5 Looking forward to going back!
