L. Douglas Hogan Wow! What a memorable experience! We took our daughter here for her 21st birthday. The food was great, but the entertainment from our hibachi chef was priceless. The hibachi grill is a little more costly than table-side. If youre on a budget, ask for a table. I ordered the salmon hibachi. Each hibachi order comes with a mushroom soup, noodles or rice, and vegetables. Im attaching images of the menu. I will come back for my birthday.

Steven Bott I cannot believe it has taken me this long to finally get here. When I lived in STL, I had a SOTS close to my home and I dined there on the regular. Even though I am thrilled to have one on the IL side of the river, its a half hour drive to enjoy. The other day I was running errands and shopping in Edwardsville. I made it a point to do it around the lunch hour, so I could enjoy an calzone. I ordered at the counter as you do and lucky for me, the cashier was patient with me. As I ordered, I kept reading the menu and changed my mind two times and finally stayed with my third choice. Having a love of jalapeños, Pancho Villa was my final choice. Pancho Villa not only gave my fresh jalapeños, it was also filled with red peppers, smoked cheddar, Mozzarella and the meat was Chorizo prepared in Smoked Chili Oil. Yum-Yum and no heartburn. For dipping or spreading on top, I was given a cup of Queso. One nice thing about SOTS, is they offer adult beverages. They have an excellent selection of local craft beers and wines to pair with your calzone. I paired mine with, Pale Ale from Schlafly. The dining room is clean and crisp. Its done in an industrial style. They have regular tables and a few hightop tables, so you can choose which one is best for you. On the tables youll find linen napkins with reusable flatware. If you can eat an entire calzone, I am impressed. For those of us who cannot, next to the soda machine is a stack of eco-friendly to-go boxes to put your leftovers in, to take home.

Samantha We come here at least once a month! Great sushi and nice staff. Our favorite rolls are the Snow White, Orchid, South Pacific. Definitely worth a try! The Orchid and South Pacific come with no rice and are great options for those limiting their carbs! UPDATE: they added a new appetizer! It’s called Harvest - salmon wrapped around king crab and avocado, topped with spicy salmon and unagi sauce! Great appetizer with no rice involved!! Would recommend!

le Sveta:3 Went there, had good time! The lady, Kiki, was so nice to us! The wait for food was long, but not crazy, and the food was worth waiting! My mother ordered salmon with onion rings and said it was the best dish she had in a while! Would recommend to go there closer to evening, good for a big groups!

Eboni Harris This place is a real gem in Springfield. They have a Chef, I know it is a bar but I am going to call the him a Chef because he is actually cooking real food from scratch with real ingredients and custom recipes. The prices are low, so low you might question the quality but the quality is outstanding. This isnt your usual Springfield restaurant serving you reheated frozen food from Sysco or GFS. They hand batter the mushrooms (hard to find if you live fried mushrooms), and the chicken strip. The burgers are amazing and juicy, perfect ratios of fat to meat content. The bread is outstanding. The specialty breads like the jalapeños cornbread is a real interesting treat. The cheese sauce is a garlic cheese sauce that is different from the normal here and a real delight. The French fries are amazing. They coke with salt and pepper on them for that added special touch. The servers are friendly and attentive. The draft drink specials are great. They have plenty of outdoor seating and a window you can order from outside if you are so inclined. The only downside is they stop taking food order at 8pm. Other than that this place is absolutely perfect.

John Mullen Food was good chicken skewers. There are buildings in the dividers. Took a sec for my drink to come but besides that super awesome.
