The Dam Bar & Grill - (Near Geneva, IL)

Tricia Friendly, helpful waitress, good service, delicious food, and served hot. They make their own mashed potatoes from scratch, same with the creamy broccoli soup! Yummy!! I had just come from a major dental appointment, and I needed soft food as half my mouth was numb. The tilapia and mashed potatoes were PERFECT! The soup hit the spot, as well. My husband had the liver and onions, and he very much enjoyed that, too. The servings are generous. The place is cute and cozy. All good things! If I lived there, Id go back! Definitely top notch.

Peace&Love Wow! First time here and was NOT disappointed!!! Had their fried shrooms and BamBam Shrimp for appetizers. Then we had the Blackened Shrimp tacos, beef tacos, and fish tacos. Wow!!! Everything was sooooo fresh tasting, wonderfully seasoned, and the portions were amazing. Our waitress was so nice and friendly, food was served very quickly!!! Definitely will be returning!!!

Matt Sheehan I’ll tell you what, Underground Public House has some of the best, high-quality food I’ve had in a long time. I’m the newest big fan of Scotch eggs. Oktoberfest house sausage, smoked Gouda, and more wrapped in Oktoberfest pretzel crust. 10/10, so good. I got THEE P.B.R. (Pork Belly Reuben). The meat was amazing quality, loaded with flavor, so tender. Rachel really enjoyed the filet mignon, and the Black + Blue Daily cocktail was a nice intro. The green-looking beer is the Nerdy Dancing, tastes like a Nerds rope! Definitely highly recommend checking Underground next time you’re in Carbondale!

Jeffrey Schriver Great decor inside & out! Very cool tables and chairs. Nice looking bar. So much to see. Got our food. DELICIOUS pulled pork and brisket sandwich called Beefy Pig and Parmesan and Garlic fries. My wife got a brisket sandwich. The fries were fantastic! Definitely going to go there again. Very friendly service as well.

Melayna Reilmann We’ve seen all the hype around these iconic cheesecakes and decided to order the German chocolate cheesecake. It exceeded our expectations and was an absolute hit! The flavor was phenomenal, and the customer service from start to finish was outstanding. We will definitely be back to place future orders!

Nicole Albano I have been to Medici numerous times and it never disappoints! During my most recent visit, I ordered the roasted red pepper cheese ravioli and it was divine. The drunken brussel sprouts appetizer was also a favorite, and the espresso martini was delicious.
