Ditkas Grill - Wheaton

Rating: 4.6 /5
Kim K Hello viewers, We all know Da’ Bears coach Ditka’s fame, but his restaurant holds up to his Super Bowl winning days! Wheaton is a charming town, but this modern superstar is worth stopping by. The food is consistently good and the service is gracious. Cheers & Enjoy!

BaanThai 2 Of Vandalia - Effingham

Linda Ledford We found Baan Thai here on Maps. Its a wonderful, clean place with great food and portions, as well as the service. Give them an opportunity to show you how good their food really tastes. This was all that remained of my Pad Drunk Noodles. Lol

Valerie Griffin If you like to eat at the hole in the wall, mom and pop, off the beaten path places----- this one is up your alley. Oh man, if you go away hungry from this place, it is your own fault. The burgers are big, bigger than the bun. And it is fresh ground beef, not pre-pressed patties. Your fries and onion rings come in a separate basket and is a more than generous serving- shareable by 2 actually. I felt the prices were very reasonable. Kids are welcome here. It has a bar and dining area. It was a little dark in there as part of the lights were off; however, that may have been due to how hot it was during the day, trying to keep the place cool. I am not certain. It is decorated with a lot of 80s memorabilia. The waitress/ bartender was friendly and brought the food out hot and quickly. I only selected the $10-$20 option as that was my sandwich, fries and a drink. If you were to get water it what fall under the $1-$10. This is definitely a spot. You want to go back to.

All That And A Touch of Soul - Joliet

Rating: 4.7 /5
Bunny Me and my cousin fell into this restaurant as we were in the Joliet area and we needed to eat. Google can pull up some good finds. The pictures of the catfish drew us in. So glad we stopped in. Beautiful atmosphere, not a large spot but large enough. We immediately noticed the deck of cards on each table, and the stack of board games on the counter. Nice to get a game of spades or Uno in while you wait for your food. Now to the food, my cousin ordered her fish fried, I got the blackened fish. They didnt disappoint. Well seasoned, and the correct portion. I got the sweet potatoes and mashed potatoes. Had I known the blackened fish came with rice, I would have not gotten the potatoes. My cousin got greenbeans and mashed potatoes. Sent the greenbeans back and got cabbage, unfortunately they were cooked too soft, but that cabbage was nice. Everything well seasoned. I live in the city but would definitely stop back by the next time Im in the Joliet area.

Melissa Huffman The lady that runs this store , Kenzi . She is truly an asset to your company. She talked with me the whole time I was there looking around . She treated every guest with respect and curiosity. The store was also very clean and stocked with product. Keep up the good work at this location. Clean gas stations are important especially when traveling.

Benjamin Altman Really great local place! Cold beer, good food, awesome business. I had a burger, fries, and chef salad to go, along with beer while waiting. The food was excellent; flavorful burger and fixings, fries were tasty and had good texture, and the side salad was remarkably fresh with a good blend of greens. Truly all really good food, and thats despite getting it to go! Ive only had the one experience so far, but can guarantee youll enjoy at least the stuff Ive tried!
