The Office Bar, Grill & Pizza - (Near Kankakee, IL)

1 /5 Paul Pederson: The bartenders REFUSED TO SERVE US. We were kayaking on the river and stopped for a drink. The bartender literally said no shirt no shoes no service even though they have a dock for kayakers to pull up to. We stopped at the next place for great service. Idk why the office would have a dock on the river and refuse money from people who are coming off the river. Their loss of revenue but personally I will never go back. Edit: No outside option was presented to us like the response would suggest other wise we would have happily gone outside to a table. The bartender yelled from behind the bar no shirt no shoes no service this is a family place without even making eye contact. As my mother and brother stood next to me and we looked at each other and said ok I guess we are not welcome here. I’ve NEVER felt more disrespected. I stick by my review of TERRIBLE customer service.

5 /5 Kevin Greenhill: By far the best thin crust pizza in Kankakee County!! Check out their hand breaded fried fish with homemade chips! Ask for Toni or Heather for the best service on the K3 River!! TASTYY

5 /5 Amanda Moran: This tiny bar/restaurant packs a lot of punches. The food is great (better than I expected). For $37 we ordered two cocktails, a small pizza and appetizer. There are some leftovers, but not for lack of flavor. More that I was excited to take them home! Nice atmosphere with friendly people too. The view from the dining area was great and refreshing. Plenty of parking and a smoking area for those folks who partake. The restrooms were clean and well stocked. I recommend their t-shirts for this little Kankakee gem.
