The Pub - (Near Danville, IL)

Brent L Quaint little place. Off the beaten path. Very glad to have found it. The food was great. Generous portion sizes. The staff was friendly. The coffee was great. Seasonal decorations for Easter and lots of smiles. It was a great place to catch up with a friend during lunch on a weekday. The menu is pretty big, I am excited to see if the other items are as tasty as the chicken wrap!

Sally G What a gem! Had four tacos. Shrimp, al pastor, suadero, and cabeza. I cant decide which one was the best because they were all outstanding and perfectly seasoned. Green salsa was amazing. It was kind of chilly so I asked for a small consomme, and it really hit the spot. Not oily or salty. Just right and exactly what I wanted on a cold night. Happy I stumbled on this truck. Nice guy taking orders. Food was ready pretty quickly.

Susan D Ewing I love this restaurant. The food is great. It’s made fresh every day. You can tell because the salsa that comes with the chips is a little different each time I eat there. The service and staff are so very friendly and efficient. I love going there. I’m welcomed as a friend, not just a customer. This restaurant is the cleanest place I’ve ever eaten. There is no dust or dirt or dropped food on the floor. Even the corners are spotless with no little piles of dirt that are difficult to clean. It’s a wonderful place to get great Mexican food.

Kitty Hescott Loved this place so much. The bartenders had my husband and I laughing the whole time. I felt like I was at home. It was so cool to come in and see them act as a family but also providing great service. I felt like I was on the sitcom “Cheers.” Special shout out to Kate and Hannah. You ladies are not afraid to be yourself and I love it!

Dennis Broom Best Pizza in Effingham!!! They dont skimp on toppings and they go all the way out to the edge. Jennifer was awesome, she explained everything and was very personable. We will be back.

Jen B We stopped in for drinks and the bar is great. Highly recommend the hot mulled cider. The cheese curds are amazing! Would definitely go back to try more of the food. And the service was excellent. They also have a pool table with a nice seating area next to the bar.
