Wingstop - (Near Woodstock, IL)

4 /5 Wally Kochan: Yesterday was my first visit to a Wing Stop and excited to see something like this in the area. It is more of a fast food carryout type restaurant that serves wings, fries and chicken sandwiches. The menu is very simple and not too many items to choose from. It was clean outside and inside the restaurant. When entering the restaurant, I was greeted right away and asked if I was ready to order. After a few minutes of debating what I wanted, I gave them my order. The female that took my order was very polite and answered any question that I had. I ordered the 8 boneless wing meal with Parmesan Garlic and Original Hot. My food came out within 10 minutes of ordering. The food came out fresh and hot. I spent almost $12 for the meal and I feel that amount of food for the price was pretty good. The chicken was perfectly cooked and not raw. The fries had a salty sweet taste and were nice and hot. It was a medium drink size that came with it. There are two minor things that caused me to give a 4 star review instead of a five star review. With this being a carryout restaurant, I wish there was some type of tables or seating outside near there. Nothing fancy, just a few tables and chairs for a person that wants to eat before going to bowl. The minor inconvenience was that when I asked for some disposable silverware, I was told they were all out. I get that this is a newer location (About 4 months), but being a carryout type establishment, you should never run out of silverware and/or napkins.

1 /5 Jeremy Christopher: Under cooked. Recieved incorrect sauces. Fries were soggy without the cheese sauce. Called the store, employee has no idea how to correct. Threw the entire thing away and just ate soup I had at home

1 /5 Jaclyn Camargo: I placed an order via Wingstop App and followed up with a phone call to make sure it went thru. I was told it did not go thru and it is best to place order over phone. I let them know I was charged for the App order and was told it wouldn’t stick. I then had to pay when I picked up my order. I waited a few days to see if a credit would be refunded from the App and was not. So I called and the cashier took down my name and number and said his manager would call me when he got a chance. I called again and the cashier was told to tell customers that unfortunately there is nothing they can do about being charged multiple times. Had to resort to my bank. Luckily my bank put a temporary amount in my account while they reached out to Wingstop.

5 /5 kaylea hart: I always come here for the wings, but i was so impressed by the way my food was packaged this time. Whoever took the time to make sure we had everything, thank you! I couldn’t do the survey online unfortunately, but I wanted to give a review!

1 /5 Angie Cadena: Every single time we order from here they put no sauce on our wings (unfortunately it is the only location close to us). They’re super dry even when we say “extra wet” it is a hassle to have to open the bag to check our order every single time because they can’t follow directions, and then they have the nerve to want to charge for the extra sauce that they don’t put on the wings. Picture attached shows my extra wet atomic and original hot extra!
