3 /5 LoneRanger: Let me start by saying the food at Wingstop is delicious—especially the wings. The lemon pepper and hot honey flavors are my favorites, and the dry rub wings are top-notch. When it comes to taste, Wingstop nails it every time. However, the service is a major issue. The wait times are outrageous, and it’s beyond frustrating. I called 10 times in a row one day, hoping to place my order ahead, but nobody ever picked up the phone. I thought maybe they were busy, so I drove over to place the order in person. When I walked in, there were zero customers inside, and yet, not one of the staff answered the phone. Instead of ordering ahead, I had to place my order there and wait 45 minutes for a simple 15-piece bone-in wing order. To make matters worse, I couldn’t even use the app to order because I had a credit under my phone number, and the only way to redeem it is either by calling them (which, of course, they never answer) or ordering in person. Another time, I placed an online order that said it would be ready by 6 PM—I didn’t leave until 6:35 PM. The food is great, but when you’re waiting that long and dealing with poor service, it really detracts from the experience. The food is solid and reasonably priced, but the service is seriously lacking, and it’s enough to make me rethink coming back unless they can improve.

1 /5 Sebastian Cabezas: Food was awful. There was barely any sauce and or seasoning on the wings. There was a pool of grease at the bottoms of our wings as well. I was missing a dip, a whole basket of large fries, and 12 total wings. The drink I ordered was wrong as well. Absolutely horrible service, will not be ordering again.

3 /5 john newquist: Im sure weve heard the story over and over and over the app tells you to pick it up at 6 :30. Its ready to go and you get there. You wait another 35 minutes because its not even close to being done. It shouldnt take over an hour to make chicken wings. I dont care how busy you are. As one of my friends pointed out the. chicken wings taste almost exactly like the Buffalo wild wings. And at a cheaper price and quicker service. I dont understand why people would want to wait for these wings. Theyre good but this time has to be dealt with either the apps got to be changing or people need to get and try to meet the goal on the app..

1 /5 van bomar: Today, I visited the Sycamore Wingstop for the first time. When I arrived, I noticed four employees outside the main entrance—one male and three females—smoking. I went inside to pick up my online order and found that I was the only customer in the store. There was a male employee in the back who appeared to be restocking. As I entered, the male employee who had been smoking outside came inside. He greeted me immediately and politely asked if I was picking up an online order, which I confirmed. Shortly afterward, the three female employees came in as well. While the male employee washed his hands and put on gloves, only two of the three females put on gloves, and none of them washed their hands before handling food. Additionally, I noticed that the drink station was messy, with trash scattered all over it. Aside from the male employee who was polite and professional, the overall condition of the store and the actions of the staff did not present a positive image of Wingstop. Based on this experience, I definitely will not be returning.

1 /5 Mike Wazowsky: Lobby was empty when we came in. Only 3 teens in the restaurant who were loud and cussing harder than a sailor! Ordered 2 combos and after 40 min went up and asked if our order is coming up. By this time the lobby started filling up with people picking up online orders. Was met with a snarky answer about we have a lot of online orders and basically our 2 little mediocre combos didn’t count. Manager did apologize and lo and behold our food is ready! Took 45 min. I can understand the rating for this restaurant
