5 /5 Amber McDuff: Ive dealt with one of the owners and some of the employees before when I changed their oil and they were nice enough but my husband works for the utility department and because of how quick they got the power restored several weeks ago after a storm, they were given a sampler crawfish plate thing. I was very impressed, you know its good crawfish when their leftover and reheated crawfish (albeit properly and in boiling water very briefly) is better than other restaurants freshly made crawfish. Tonight, I forgot to take meat out to thaw so he went to town for food. I wanted crawfish but he doesnt like them. Nonetheless, he decided on Bayou Cajun Crawfish because of how they treated him several weeks ago when he was doing his job. According to the employees, they have most of the branches represented there with employees but they were more than happy to give my husband a Military Discount and were super friendly. Some restaurants make honoring discounts seem like a chore so we really appreciated that.
