5 /5 Theresa E: Great find during our local stay at an RV park. My husband enjoyed a patty melt and fries and I had mesquite chicken with fried okra, cornbread, and red beans with rice. Excellent service and delicious food. Prices are decent, too. Thank you!
4 /5 Brittany Pierre: I had a veggie omelet with hashbrowns and toast. It wasnt seasoned and I requested no jalapeño but ended up getting a couple of them anyway. The waitress was nice and the presentation of the food on the plate was great. If you are looking for something quick to eat you can stop in here. The seats arent very comfortable, though they get the job done.
4 /5 Louie White: Like eating at Momma’s house. If you are on time the food is fresh, hot and delicious. If you are late, some items may not be available. But, hey by running out into of having to throw away, they keep the prices down!
1 /5 Michelle Boudreaux: My daughter and I go to many places on weekends looking for antique sales which brought us to Walker today. We always find a hometown place to eat instead of chain restaurants. From the moment we walked in the place I guessed this was a wrong choice. The chairs were awful, busting and peeling. We picked a table that ended up being sticky. Our waitress was nice when greeting us. We looked at the menu and upon her return gave her our order. It didn’t take long at all and guessing that’s because we were the only customers there. The chicken was just ok as it wasn’t a typical chicken breast as it was more flat. The mac n cheese was awful. Tasted like it was a week old and just put into this dish and placed in the microwave. We each had a piece of cornbread on our plate and I could have threw it at the window and broke the glass because it was so hard. My daughter had the chicken as well and it was the same as mine. She also had okra which she orders from places all the time and she said it was not good at all. A $15 mistake stopping here. I couldn’t in my right mind recommend this place to anyone. Just awful.
1 /5 Shanice Barrett: DO NOT WASTE YOUR MONEY! Where do I even start!!! This place is a joke! We had three entrees and every one was disgusting! The mashed potatoes were cold and dry. My steak was supposed to medium but it was almost rare. The service was ridiculous. I’m so mad at myself for having to spend 60$ on something so unpleasant! I’ve literally never eaten at a place this terrible before. I’m so very disappointed. Definitely need to get better servers and cooks! 10/10 do NOT recommend! And then on the menu it says dessert included but then they didn’t even have the dessert to give us! The food had no flavor, the quality of the food was worse than a frozen TV dinner! Needless to say I won’t be going back.
Tomi Totara I walked into this Thai restaurant expecting lunch… and instead experienced a spiritual awakening. The portions? Giant. Mythical. I’m convinced the orange chicken alone could feed 3 grown adults.
Every bite was an explosion—like fireworks of flavor going off in my soul.
But the real star?
The crab rangoons.
Life. Changing.
The staff was lovely, Incredible service, incredible food, and I’m already planning my next obsession-level visit.
10/10. Five stars. I would give them my social security number.
Shannon Garringer We recently stayed in New Iberia and ate at this location several times during the stay.
Ordered for pick up on DoorDash and was ready in minutes. Their crawfish was the best seasoned and size we had during our entire stay in Louisiana. Highly recommend!
DT LI Got the double pork chop dinner with 2 sides and a drink for $10. The deep fried pork chop is amazing. This place may not look like much, it will surprise you with their food! Food as real as the people around here.
