El Flamingo Mexican Restaurant - (Near DeRidder, LA)

Melanie Just stopped by for the first time. It is a neat, clean place. Really cute. I ordered a Cajun Chickie Po Boy...I think that is correct. All of the sandwich names were cute. Being about 30 minutes from home, I got to enjoy the delicious aroma. The flavor was perfect! I saved half to be enjoyed for supper. I would like to try many more of the various flavors. The foods were very fresh and tasty. The cajun sauce was perfect. There is a sign at the pick-up window stating a discount for cash! I like that.

Terri De Vito We came in after a having to go into Alexandria for pre op . The place was clean, the staff very attentive and friendly. The menu was extensive and as this was the first time eating there I look forward to many more return visits to explore other items. The pizza was hot and delicious. That seafood pizza is calling my name, lol.

Kissy Blanks This place is awesome. Some of the best soul food youve ever had. So many choices available, from fried pork chops, gravied pork chops, oxtails, dressing, rice and gravy, too much to mention lol. You totally need a nap when leaving this place or save the rest for dinner.

GK Me Curbside area (waiting on delivery) is not exactly the safest-feeling area at night (after dark). People hanging around the curb area where you wait for your order. Neither does it seem a safe idea, to me, for the servers who deliver the food curbside. Cant say about daylight hours. I visited at night. I would not recommend this particular Raisin Canes to travelers night or day. Drive on a little farther north or south on I-49. Be safe.

Brandon Manuel I LOVE THIS RESTAURANT! I bought four orders of the Bun Thit pho platter and it was SO GOOD!! Its $15.95 per order but IT IS WORTH THE MEAL!!

Catherine Thomas Love this place! I care for my husbands dad who is on hospice. He loves a good home cooked meal. We order the lunch plates here all the time. The service is great, the people are kind, and the food is delicious. ❤ Highly Recommend.
