5 /5 Mina: Driving Back to Texas from the casino & we stopped at this place. Oh my so glad we did! The catfish AMAZING. I got the fish po’ boy & it’s huge! My mom got the seafood platter and her Cajun rice was just delicious! Definitely worth the stop. Workers are also EXTREMELY kind!

5 /5 Abby Jones: What a delight!! We were looking for something local & came across this gem. Our family had the fried oysters, fish po’boy & chicken fried steak. Everything was delicious. Employees were friendly, even bought some of their seasoning to go. Loved the trophy room. Would highly recommend to anyone passing through. Family friendly!!

5 /5 Meggan Nix: I love this place! I usually order the Hamburger Steak and Mashed potatoes. It comes with brown gravy, optional mushrooms and onions, your choice of a side and a pistolette. Delicious. Apologies as I was not able to get photos.

5 /5 Trisha Rabalais: Our first time visiting Kinder and we decided on Faustos for dinner. The burger was HUGE and their fried chicken definitely did not disappoint—some of the best fried chicken Ive had in my life! It was so crispy and fresh and seasoned to perfection! Although we didnt order the onion rings, we decided that we would get them on our next visit because they looked DELICIOUS! We met the owner who spent some time walking around the restaurant greeting customers. He greeted us warmly and shared his story about inheriting the business. He mentioned that the restaurant has been family owned since 1989. We could tell by the smile on his face that he takes great pride in the establishment! The wait staff was very friendly and actively tended to customers the entire time we were there. Everyone who worked their greeted us and would ask if we needed anything. The atmosphere was charming and we thoroughly enjoyed our meal. I would HIGHLY recommend eating here if you are in town! Excellent food and fantastic service! We will be back!

1 /5 kiara: I made a meal from Faustos my last Louisiana meal before heading back to Georgia. I searched all day to get authentic Louisiana food, because we have everything, but Louisiana food in Georgia. This is where my disappointment set in, because I didnt receive food that was authentic nor good. To me Faustos is a HARD PASS. I hope other folks traveling through dont mistake this food for good Louisiana food. I come every few years to Louisiana and have stopped into Faustos 3 times and never have been satisfied, but this time makes my decision never to return a definite. The service was horrendous, I got a rude hostess taking my order that talked non-stop to other employees, but barely said anything to paying customers. The food (fries) were soggy and cold and the shrimp extremely salty.
