1 /5 Turtlebeachboy 47: The food is terrible, I don’t know how you manage to make a sandwich taste so bad. The bread and meat taste like it came out of a MRE bag. And on top of that it cost way too much. The service was also extremely slow. Don’t waste your money here.

5 /5 Wendy G: In town for the day and we stopped to get something to eat. I dont know any of the employees names but they all had great attitudes and gave great service. Better than our local Firehouse sub locations. Food was delicious.

1 /5 Victoria H: Stopped by for a quick take out meal yesterday. There were around 6 employees in the building, most of whom were involved in loud personal conversations and horseplay. Cashier was rude and appeared incredibly bored/annoyed to take my order. Dining area and drink station were filthy. I asked one employee a question and she responded that she "had no idea what these people were doing". Eventually the one young man that was actually doing his job while all the other employees were being completely unprofessional had my sandwich ready, which was extremely tiny, definitely not worth the $7+ paid for my meal. This was my first and last visit to Firehouse in Thibodaux, Jimmy Johns will be my go to sandwich shop from now on.

5 /5 Marty terrebonne: I made my order through the app, the cashier initially had some trouble finding my order, thankfully someone else was in the middle of making the order and brought the food to me. I did have a slight issue during my visit, thankfully the manager resolved the issue almost immediately. Immediately. I ordered a bowl of chili with my beef and cheddar brisket sub, and their system showed that I had only ordered chips. Which was surprising given that my order cost almost $17 for a medium sub combo on the app. Thankfully, the manager had a worker get me the chili without any issues. It has been some time since Ive been to any firehouse subs location, but I recall the beef and cheddared brisket having more impactful flavor than what I experienced on this visit. The sub was good, the barbecue sauce on the sub just didnt hit quite the same as I remember it.
