Paul Vingiello Yes, its expensive. The service and food is what you would expect from an expensive restaurant though, so its fine! The wait staff is really good. Its a slow place to eat, but we go for special occasions when we want to spend time talking with family and friends, so we never mind. They have a great wine selection, and will allow you to bring your own bottle if you prefer. We had a great meal. We always have a good time here. Great job Genusas!! Keep up the great consistency. But please bring back the sliced duck breast appetizer!!! It was something I always looked forward to. .

Butler Natasha (You12envyme) A friend suggested we go to Up For Brunch on Saturday. First thing I noticed was how cute the building was how cute it was. Once inside there was a nice vibe. It wasnt too crowded when I got there at 11 but people slowly trickled in and it was filled both inside and their outside patio. Folks were coming in and steadily to pick up large orders. My friend ordered the 3 pancake platter that included 3 fluffy pancakes, scrambled eggs, bacon, homestyle potatoes with a side of cheesy grits while I decided on the fish and grits meal that included a mini cornbread waffle. I also had a pineapple mimosa. The food was absolutely delicious. I had to post on facebook and tik tok about this restaurant and my experience. If you see this post you need to try this place.

L This is one of the best restaurants in town. My friend and I ordered 2 appetizers: rattlesnake bite, they were delicious and boneless wings. They were flavorful. My entree was a full rack of ribs with a loaded potato and Mac n cheese. My friend ordered the chicken fried chicken with green beans and fries. We enjoyed our meal. Our service was good. Our server was attentive to our needs. The atmosphere was very pleasant and all the guest seem happy to be here.

Adam Nott I just want to preface this by mentioning that Heather is an amazing server, and makes the best tartar sauce Ive had in my life. Kudos, and props. Sundown is, I suspect, the tavernest place in Ruston. It lends itself to good music and entertainment, local and national brews on tap, and some really good catfish. Its divided between an inside area (with a bar, pool, and indoor seating) and an outdoors patio thats super chill to hang around in cool autumn days. I got two of the local IPAs on tap: Ghost in the Machine and Dr. Juice. With names like those, how could I say no? Coupled with the catfish and fries, and amazing service, it was an amazing dinner.
