The front staff here was polite, and the food can be good, so I’m not knocking the whole brand. However, seeing kitchen hygiene standards ignored—specifically hair not being properly covered while cooking—is not okay. That’s basic food safety. This isn’t a one-time concern, and it stands out even more because other locations clearly do it right. Management really needs to tighten things up at this spot so it matches the standards customers expect. Fix the hygiene issue, and this location could be just as good as the others.

1 /5 Good Grades: Me and my wife was in there to get some donuts and while standing at the counter waiting to be served a man came from the back with a tray of donuts so my wife asked him a question about some donuts and he stopped and looked at her like she was stupid and ignored her. So while we were waiting we heard one of the ladies behind the counter address him as Houston while he was putting the donuts in place. Very rude. That was very disrespectful of him to my wife. We are life long residents of St.bernard parish and very disappointed in the service and the employee.

5 /5 Trimean Zone: Let me say this — she got Clydesdale energy. Big woman, big hair, big presence. When she walk in, the room shift a little ‘cause she move heavy, confident, and unapologetic. Ain’t no tiptoein’ with her — she built to be seen. Now don’t get it twisted, she actually sweet. She’ll speak, laugh with you But that Clydesdale-type presence? It can feel like a lot sometimes — like the space gotta stretch to make room for all that personality and volume. Her hair be oversized just like her vibe, wild and free, doing what it wanna do. Confidence loud, heart soft, patience… depends on the day. She not rude, just big in every way, and not everybody ready for that. Overall, she memorable, solid, and real. Sweet but street. Heavy energy, strong presence — you either adjust or step aside.

1 /5 Ms.B: Very poor customer service. I placed a order for a half dozen 2 glaze, 2 blueberry, 2 powder donuts. The servant got the order wrong. When I got home and realized I called the restaurant and I was told by the servant and the manager Jay that the only resolution was to have me drive back and either get a refund once the donuts were returned orI could have 2 donuts switched out for the glaze. Both options was a huge inconvenience since I live about 10min away. I decided to return them for a refund.
