1 /5 LouLou “TTVmustang_unicorn”: I came here for something to munch on and used to eat here frequently, and had fond memories of their delicious BBQ and friendly and efficient service. Its been roughly 8 years since Ive eaten here and I decided to come back since I was in the area. The service was far from friendly. I called to place my order since the drive through was extremely slow and while asking for recommendations, I was snapped at. Then, after I said I was finished placing my order, I was hung up on. Thankfully I was in the parking lot and walked right in to ask what was said at the end of the call since it was mumbled, and I waited around for at least 10 minutes just to be "greeted" by the same woman from the window. Yet again, she was NOT very friendly and came across as rude in my opinion and very short. To top of the service I received, my keto cups were very dry and Im certain the beef I got was pork and the pork I ordered was chicken. The nacho cheese tasted bad as well. The only positive things about my experience were the fries (I ordered a large and received a small....) and the strawberry cream soda. I will not be wasting my money OR time to be returning to this location. I am severely disappointed.

2 /5 Rebecca Brown: Pitiful! I love hi-ho, eat it very often but this one isnt great. My sandwiches are always empty on top of the extremely long wait for no apparent reason. Hammond and Pontchatoula are way better. Livingston would be my last choice. Disappointing because I live closest to it.
