Quinton Berry Its not what you think, unless you know how stockyards work...than its exactly what you think. Cafeteria inside the auction building, kinda small but the burgers were as advertised and made in house and not preformed frozen patties. Kayla Wright My fiancé & I went in at 8:30pm on a Saturday (not realizing they were closing at 9pm). We were greated by the friendliest staff and biggest smiles. They sat us and took our orders. Bri was our server and communicated that they were slightly behind schedule so we could be waiting almost an hour on our food. We received our food in less than 30 minutes and it was phenomenal! My fiancé ordered the catfish atchafalaya and I ordered the catfish platter with a side of pasta salad. The presentation and the taste earned 10/10 stars. The atmosphere and friendly/ family environment is exactly what Blanchard was missing !! Not to mention the best service we’ve ever received. We will definitely be coming back to try EVERYTHING ON THEIR MENU!!!!
