I ordered the sizzling steak fajitas, and they were absolutely delicious! The steak was tender, flavorful, and seasoned perfectly. The plate in the background (which I couldn’t resist trying) had fluffy rice, hearty beans, and a scoop of fresh guacamole. Everything tasted homemade, and the chips were warm and crispy, just the way I like them. And to top it all off, they had cold Coronas that paired perfectly with the meal. The service was friendly and attentive, and the portions were generous. Whether you’re a local or just passing through, La Carrera is definitely worth a visit. Your taste buds will thank you!

3 /5 Steven McGuire: The best thing that I can say about this place was it was just (okay), I guess if you want to be all white girl wasted this is your spot. Basic, basic, basic, it wasnt bad, but it wasnt good either, same thing with the service very bland. Our server was not bad, but she wasnt good. The place was almost empty on a Wednesday afternoon about 3:00 there wasnt a rush, no excuse for the lackluster service. The absolute smallest redfish tacos I have ever seen in my life, I should have taken a picture. But they were micro, they were actually smaller than the accordion holder that they bring them out in and for $19 lol We have absolutely no problem with paying for high quality service and food. However in our humble opinion we were overall displeased with our experience as it was definitely was not worth the high cost on the menu. If you are looking forward to a truly authentic Mexican restaurant experience with phenomenal food and perfect service every time, do yourself a favor and drive right past this place and head to El Paso on west tunnel Blvd..

Ive/weve eaten out so many places.Ross was the very best. Dude did everything. Left him with the biggest tip,because he deserves it. Everyone,if you meet this young man,drop him dollars. He is so....I dont even know how to word it. Hes the best you gonna have

1 /5 JJ: With no wait after 8pm on Taco Tuesday there is no excuse to wait over 10 minutes and never have your order taken. The staff were more interested in taking down the stuff to get ready for closing than taking peoples orders. The people that come in an hour before closing deserve the same amount of service as the people that come in an hour after opening. Words to live by in the restaurant industry.

Hey hey you you When they do it right its good, but more often than not they either get the order wrong or give me some dry overcooked chicken. The last two times I went they gave me spicy instead of mild chicken. And this is not the first time this has happened. They need to start paying more attention to the way they prepare the meals.

Abby Theriot Absolutely love this canes location! I usually come after work before they close and order the same thing every time. The workers are professional and the place is tidy. The food is always fresh and crispy. It probably ruffles feathers coming in the restaurant late, but they don’t really show that, and customer service is top tier.

Me Me Hamburgers and anything BBQish isnt my type of food. Lol! With thay being said. I absolutely LOVE their Ragin burger and their seasong fries is also good. Just the right amount of seasoning without it being to salty or strong (if you know what I mean). I usually dont like most fountain drinks but their Diet Dr Pepper is sooo good. :)
