Jackie Adams Thank you from the bottom of my stomach, Franks on Airline! My breakfast was absolutely amazing. My waitress, Erica, was so sweet and kind, and my order came out perfect. I’m usually a chicken fried steak girl, but thanks to Destiny’s suggestion, I switched it up today and tried the hamburger steak with grilled onions and brown gravy—delicious! I had my eggs slightly scrambled with a side of grits and buttered toast. Talk about lick-your-chops good! I appreciate those cooks as well! Franks on Airline Baton Rouge never disappoints, and I’ll definitely be back.

Shannon Garringer We recently stayed in New Iberia and ate at this location several times during the stay. Ordered for pick up on DoorDash and was ready in minutes. Their crawfish was the best seasoned and size we had during our entire stay in Louisiana. Highly recommend!

They treat people with respect, serve delicious food, and support the community they’re part of. Mark Elliott Miller, MPH This is a classic Southern diner with delicious fried food, wings, seafood, salads, and friendly servers. We were passing through on a trip from South Georgia to Houston, Texas and in a bit of a rush. The waitress served a delicious meal very quickly and we were on our way.

Nathaniel Hooten Strawns was busy and I was from out of town and just needed a quick to go order. I walked up to the checkout and they were able to take my order and before I had a chance to really look around it was already ready. The Fried Chicken special for the day was excellent and the chicken fried steak had an excellent flavor but was a perfectly round steak which was not appetizing to look at. The house dressing on the salad was very good. The strawberry pie was very good as well but some of the strawberries still had green on top. Overall, I will definitely be back.

chris cain Yes everyone working here is talking and joking around while working. BUT They are WORKING and doing a PHENOMENAL job fries were fresh and delicious the Jr deluxe was the best one we have had to-date. Thanks to the staff here for making delicious food. This is the BEST wendys we have come across in years.
