McDonalds - (Near New Roads, LA)

5 /5 Gary: Fast and friendly service. Food is always hot and fresh. I have burned my fingers and mouth several times. The employees are always nice even when they are super busy. Restaurant and bathrooms are always clean. Probably the best McDonalds I have ever been to!

5 /5 Tracie John: I really enjoyed my visit to this location. I really wish that management would send their expertise to 2 locations, I.E. Government street Baton Rouge, and Stfrancisville u.s 61. They have very poor service, very poor communication skills and food is always a "I have to go back inside the McDonalds to get FRESH FOOD, AND FRIES", These locations have dirty Fountain drink areas all the time, with places are on way to business meetings and need to grab a quick bite, hoping the food will improve!!! Another location is the Florida street location by the college!! Even the bathrooms are dirty. Sorry to report this, but, the service, food, communication is HORRIBLE!! New Roads location is always pleasant! Food is always fresh, seating areas are clean, bathrooms are clean!! Thanks New Roads for your continued service and how every employee actually cares for their customers!!

1 /5 Darlene Drew: This is the worst McDonald’s ever!! I ordered and stood there for 30 mins and never got my food. They kept saying it’s coming!! People came and ordered behind me waiting the same amount of time. Then people from the drive through were coming in bc they were getting the wrong orders. I left without my food and didn’t want to wait for a refund. Please hire people that actually want to do their job??? It was total chaos in here for only have like five damn customers.

1 /5 Elizabeth Tullier: I visit here daily. Drive thru was a convenience. But sadly to say it seems I’m sitting in line longer and longer and steadily watching cars get frustrated and leaving. And what’s even worse when you finally get to the counter and see your drinks sitting there but there busy talking are on the phones and not paying attention to what they are being paid to do well in all honesty on my next trip I will take a screen shot of the contact info to file a complaint with the owner.
