1 /5 Steven Stein: Thats supposed to be counter fried chicken with white gravy, I dont know whats on it smells bad. The "sweet corn" was served hot and rotten! Dish was dropped then repackaged and sold to me in 3 bags. When I asked for a refund the owner "Chad" told me "dont worry about it" didn nothing to rectify the issue.

5 /5 Daniel True: Really good food! Was in town and wanted a more home cooked type meal. Stumbled upon this place by chance. Restaurant was clean and the staff friendly. Food portions were excellent. The prices are extremely reasonable too!

2 /5 Tracey Davenport: This is my second attempt at this restaurant. I have been to the other restaurants in this group, Charlies in violet, and kitchen table and usually have outstanding food. Unfortunately this location doesnt hold up to the other two. The roast beef poboy I had the first time tasted burnt.This time, the gravy or meat tasted like it came from a can and even had a weird texture. My friend even said he could smell that from where he was sitting. It was inedible so I asked for something else. I ordered the oyster poboy. That too was Disgusting. They cooked the oysters so long you couldnt chew them at all. Being a chef, I give a lot of grace to kitchens/staff and forgive a lot, but this was so bad, that something definitely needs to change for the better at this location. The other items we ordered were ok, the onion rings fried perfectly, and the shrimp poboy was ok. My friend was from Phoenix, so this was a really disappointing experience.

5 /5 TQ: Ive been living in “the parish” for 3 years and Ive never dined at The Parish Diner until today. The food was bussin. Cheese grits were on point, biscuit soft and fluffy, and my oldest daughter order the fried chicken tenders and the batter and crispness was perfection. We basically ordered the 1 egg platters, 3 tenders with mac and a pancake side. Everything was 5 stars, except for the mac and cheese which was good but nothing to write about. Overall the breakfast and service here is the best in the area.
