Popeyes Louisiana Kitchen - (Near Farmerville, LA)

2 /5 Lisa Posey: Ordered online and paid. We pulled up to drive thru where 5 people stood at front counter, and conversed amongst themselves. I made eye contact with several people including management. No one would acknowledge us. Waited 5 minutes before she finally turns picks up my order that had been there the whole time. Shoves it out the window. Im literally speechless. No thank you or so sorry for blatantly ignoring you for 5 minutes. She turns around and walks off. Wow. This customer service is BAD!

3 /5 Taylor Turnbow: It was OK.. The chicken sandwich wasnt that good and it made my stomach kind of hurt. The biscuits and fries were good though. But the food in the bag looked like the people just threw it in there carelessly

5 /5 Umekia Huey: Chicken is always washed!!!! (I can tell when restaurants dont properly wash their chicken) hot and delicious. And the workers have always been friendly. Thank you Farmerville Popeyes ☺

3 /5 Tanya Lowery: The food was good. The girl at the drive-through window was rude. When asked if the condiments requested were in the bag, she said she just hands the food out, and it wasnt her job to put it in there. She pointed to another worker and said that it was that persons job to fix the orders. She didnt take the initiative to ask. She said we would have to ask the other worker. We asked if she would ask ...she rolled her eyes and asked with an attitude. And guess what...the condiment wasnt in the bag.

3 /5 Bucket List: Most of my visits here are through the drive thru where you hear all the employees talking too loud about their b/f or kids. The window workers don’t have time to be polite. They are too busy talking. Had one employee hand me my bag and all she said was “here”, shut the window and went back to her conversation. I’ve gotten chicken here that wasn’t cooked thoroughly. Not saying all Popeyes are like this, but my visits here cut way back to only 2-3 times a year, if that. It was so much better when Debbie and Peter Branch owned it.
