Popeyes Louisiana Kitchen - (Near Winnsboro, LA)

1 /5 Coty Rawles: We ordered a family size chicken strip with sides and the chicken sandwich with bacon and cheese on it when we got home it had no chicken in the chicken sandwich how do you not put the chicken in the chicken sandwich that is horrible we lived out of town and had to go without it so how do you plan on fixing that. And on top of that I started at 9:10 trying to call them back when it says they dont close till 11:00 this is ridiculous we should be getting our full refund back for all of this but yet no receipt was given so I cant post it or get help any other way but to put it on here when they have plenty of time to answer the phone but they refuse and they dont close till 11:00 but I cant get them on the phone something needs to be done about this Popeyes everybodys rude and Im telling you they intentionally not put that chicken in there just because were White something really needs to be done about this Popeyes theres just too much going on in that place.

1 /5 Sheila McDaniel: Worst experience we have had at any Popeyes throughout the country!!! Went through the drive thru was told to pull to the side and wait…waited 30 mins..went inside to see what’s taking so long..our food was sitting there..INCORRECTLY packaged. The employees aside from one VERY nice gentleman were very rude and argumentative about an order that was sitting right in front of them. The manager lady was absolutely NO help she walked by at least 3x. We spent over $70 and still came home to missing items. The picture is how they packed our 2 kids meal and 2 combos of 12 nuggets each! Mostly bread crumbs!! A refund should be given!!

1 /5 Amanda Poole: Being from Illinois and moving to the Winsborro area, we have been eating out a lot as we remodel our house. We have been going to this location at least twice a week ordering the same thing, enough to feed 16 people. While there tonight the cashier was very rude, I was in the middle of placing my order when another employee wiping a table on the floor told her to take their order and she would come up and fix it so she didn’t have to do anything and the cashier yelled what? Okay no problem, as I was telling her my sides, she yelled back to the kitchen, okay no problem. I told my husband to order the rest, the cashier told us our total?? We were not done ordering!! My husband said forget it and walked out. I was going to pay for what I had already ordered that way I could feed my kids at least, for the girl who was wiping the table to come up to the counter and start running her mouth. “People don’t know what someone is going through or what kind of day they having, gonna come in here acting like that.” Excuse me? I told the cashier to give me my money back and told the other girl that she wasn’t up here and doesn’t not know what happened and had no reason to come up there running her mouth for her to tell me and I quote “racist white people always coming in here starting” he almost hit that little boy with the door, what little boy? I was calm and cool until she said that. The audacity of her calling me a racist when she doesn’t know me, she doesn’t know anything about me!That is discrimination and ethnically wrong. We were the only ones in the store at that point when my husband left. The manager was telling her to stop and she kept going!!! I told her she could lose her job and her reply was I don’t care it don’t mean nothing and then called me the devil?? And that God has her. I don’t care if you are having a bad day, you took it out on me (Kiera) If you or the other cashier that had the horrid attitude were having bad days, maybe neither of you should have been on the front line with customers. With that said, I can hold Popeyes liable for her discrimination and allowing a hostile environment (the manager did nothing but tell her to stop and she kept going) Fix the issue Popeyes!
