Rouj Creole - (Near Baton Rouge, LA)

Stephanie Gentry Steamboat Bill’s is one of my favorite places to eat. The seafood is always fresh and tasty, and the service has been great every time I’ve gone. The menu isn’t very big, but I still find plenty I enjoy. They also have a bar and a fridge with desserts.

Tresyni Swayne I had just given birth to my son less than a week ago. My mom and I decided to have a girls day to celebrate (after being cooped up in the house the last few days) and chose this restaurant to have our dessert. We love the cookie skillet and had been looking forward to it all day. After ordering, we were informed that they didn’t have the skillet available. We were sad but understood and waited for our to go food instead. Next thing we knew, the manager brought out a slice of a peanut butter chocolate pie. He let us know it was on the house and it made our night. It was so very kind and thoughtful of him to do that. I wasn’t able to catch his name, but I will definitely be returning here again. The staff here is so sweet and it made this new mom cry tears of joy on the drive home. Thank you all for the wonderful experience. 100/10 stars ⭐️

Larry Clark The service was great, the food was great, and the happy hour drink prices were fantastic! There was a problem with the beer cooler, but our server helped suggest other bottled beers that were served cold.

Richard Luper I have been eating at Fattys for 20 years. I have never had a bad meal. It is a small mom and pop with a big heart. Come with a empty belly because you will have plenty to fill it. They have a daily special plate and a consistent menu. One of my favorite goto spot when im in the area.

Eric Grimmer The pizza is worth the drive from Baton Rouge and maybe even New Orleans and Lafayette! YES it is that good. Caprese salad was a bit different than most Italian spots, but was very good. Very laid back atmosphere just pushing out those delicious pizza pies! Cant wait to go back. A solid 8.7!

Tim Pinneri Ive traveled around the country and had really good sushi. But this takes top award for the best sushi that Ive had in a long time. The outside of the building is deceiving because it is a renovated house that fits perfectly into this small community and blends in with the surroundings. At first I had to do a double take in order to make sure thats where I was. the chefs behind the bar did a fantastic job preparing the food. Even heard the one making suggestions to the couple to the right of me since they were very intrigued of the unique sushi dishes. My three pictures that Ive posted is what I had. I love eel and theirs was very pleasing to The taste and outstanding. This is a must go to place. If you are in this area. I highly recommend it. Its a small place and its very busy.
