Sonic Drive-In - (Near Abbeville, LA)

Ann Marshall To start Ms. Miracle was delightful. It was our first time here from Ga. She was attentive and patient with me. We got our food to go and it was delicious through and through. I had to get multiple things (Liver and Gizzards, crab cakes, whole catfish and 4 sides. Very reasonably priced on all items. I know one place I can get good food and its here. Im glad the recommendation came to me. They have enough tables and chairs for you to dine in and not be all on top of others comfortably. Great place! I had the pleasure of coming back to this tasty place. This time I was determined to dine in. Again Ms. Miracle was incredibly sweet. The baby shrimp basket was seasoned perfectly and cooked golden brown. I am not a hush puppy person but they were one of the best Ive had. The sides are not seasoned with salt and pepper which is great for those who have other health problems. Unfortunately I was not able to dine in and enjoy this experience. It was cut short due to my allergies. I understand that this is an old building, however, the food is too delicious to be surrounded by mold and dust. It took all of ten minutes at the table for me to be completely overtaken by the extreme watery, puffy eyes and tingly skin. Please have someone come and check it out before it hurts someone seriously. The menu is too scrumptious to go away because no one is cleaning properly.

Theresa Jackson We had the stuffed biscuit. All good. Don’t usually have dessert with breakfast, but had to try one of the original pie recipes from Georgie’s side of the family. We had chocolate and it did not disappoint. Server was friendly and helpful.

Jackie Adams Thank you from the bottom of my stomach, Franks on Airline! My breakfast was absolutely amazing. My waitress, Erica, was so sweet and kind, and my order came out perfect. I’m usually a chicken fried steak girl, but thanks to Destiny’s suggestion, I switched it up today and tried the hamburger steak with grilled onions and brown gravy—delicious! I had my eggs slightly scrambled with a side of grits and buttered toast. Talk about lick-your-chops good! I appreciate those cooks as well! Franks on Airline Baton Rouge never disappoints, and I’ll definitely be back.

Seth Jones This place blew me away!! I just stopped in on a whim. Amazing salsa, and two or three dozen different sauces to spice things up with. Chimichanga was awesome with the queso it was drowned in. This place is so fantastic. 20 bucks including 5 dollar tip. Hands down one of the best experiences I’ve ever had in Chalmette during the course of my entire life….. that’s not saying a lot though. This place is literally the best place in the area.

Ellen Booth As far as breakfast in Natchitoches, this was the best we’ve had (and we’ve tried many place). The most pleasant surprise was our server Brooklyn. She was attentive without hovering and very accommodating. Brooklyn came across as a genuinely pleasant person and did her job well, all with a smile.

Chase Hoffman 10/10 Awesome place. Had a decent conversation with the owner, very reasonable price, service is incredible. Perfect pit stop for your trip out to Venice. Great experience. Highly recommend.
