1 /5 Ms. Prisephanie: We just placed a huge order and they decided to give us what they wanted. They fixed it but they didn’t fully complete what we paid for talking about sanitation purposes. I wanted what I paid for. I realize it’s not the company’s fault it’s the employees! I ordered a loaded cheese Cooney and they gave me other stuff, including onions something I didn’t want. They give you what they want you to have, instead of what you pay for. Got to get some better employers that satisfy the customer!

3 /5 Sunny Willis: The food was great. But someone named SHELLY, the one that jump scares you in the mic like a drill sergeant, blatantly cut me off twice in a row to end my order before I was done, which was pretty annoying. But my carhop, miss Ashley D, WAS FAST AND GORGEOUS.

5 /5 Alice Setliff: Food was good. But the employees needs to respond in a quickly manner after you push the botton we waiting along time. Ended up moving to a different spot. And they took our within minutes.

2 /5 susan: Came by in the afternoon to have a route 44 drink during the happy hour times along with some snacks. The tater tots and french fries were lukewarm and the corn dogs were not fresh either. You could tell all had been sitting out for a while. Unfortunately if we had known that we would have not ordered that food. Seems like it would not take much to freshly cook fries or tater tots or even the corn dogs at time of order. The drink was good. The cups for the route 44 are pretty flimsy so you have to be careful when picking them up as the beverage itself is very big. Service was nice and the car hop brought the food quickly and with a smile. Room for improvement.

1 /5 Rhonda Tracy: Waited almost 2 hours for my order. I used door dash and the driver waited for almost 1.5 hours to get the order. Food was absolutely horrible and drink was melted. We threw every bit of it in the trash where it belonged. Will not be purchasing anything from this location again as this was not the first time we have had issues. Even going there myself we have had issues.
