Subway - (Near Franklin, LA)

5 /5 Travis Wheat: Traveling from Houston to Port Fourchon and had to take a break. I decided to stop here with many options and I’m glad I did. The ladies working here today (Sunday 3-27-2022) were so attentive and welcoming. It was like being at home. No judgment or attitude, just smile’s and service. I’d be proud to live in Franklin. These people are a cut above.

2 /5 Rose Walker: Dont come if you want a good experience. Lack of knowledge of Subway sandwich and how to process your order in there cash register. They dont except coupons. This is a turn away from other Subways I have been to and have worked at. Also rude and very negative if a person is paying for the order with a 100 dollar bill. I got a Turkey Italiano and was charged a Turkey with double meat. The lady who made the sandwich made it like a BMT but with Turkey as anyone who knows this is how the sandwich is made. Two of my guests wanted just water with there meal and was charged for the regular cup. The sandwich taste was alright. Though this Subway isnt what it uses to be.

5 /5 Melisa DeAnn: ABSOLUTELY BEST SANDWICHES WE EVER HAD. I HAD MEATBALL MARINARA WITH TOASTED PARMESAN AND PROVOLONE AND MY BOYFRIEND HAD AMERICAN CLUB WITH ADDED JALAPENO...HE SAID IT ADDED JUST PERFECT FLAVORING! CUSTOMER SERVICE WAS PERFECT!!! AND EVEN THE EXTRA AWESOME WATERMELON CUCUMBER JUICE WAS SUGGESTED WHEN I PUT POMEGRANATE IN MY SPRITE, AND THE ADDED FLAVORS GAVE ME THE BEST EXPERIENCE ANDY FRUIT FLAVORED PERFECTLY SWEETEENED DRINK WOULD DO FOR A PERSON! Looking forward to trying the footlong cookie.

3 /5 Mike: The people that work there are very nice. The food is as expected. Bathrooms at the time of our stop were not in service. (I wonder where the staff relieved themselves?)

They were busy today(March 9th 2020), but they kept a good pace and a smile on their faces. I was going to rate a 4 star ,but ,after coming here for a year now, it seems they havent changed quality! Enjoy guys, this is an honest review.
