Ariel Phillips Might not look like much from the outside, but you are greeted with a wonderful home cooking smell. I enjoyed the breakfast burrito with smoked sausage. My husband tried the breakfast BLT and it came on toast- he wants to come back to try the biscuits and gravy. The tea was really good too. Choose between a booth or table seating. Bathroom was relatively clean.

Alexis Walker The drinks here are absolutely amazing—and at prices much lower than anywhere else around! On top of that, they have a wonderful selection of handmade gifts, all crafted by the owner, Mrs. Tonya. If you get the chance, I highly recommend stopping by—you won’t regret it!

Alanna Gomez I stopped by here after a recommendation from my uber driver. It’s inside of Sentry Drugstore and the workers were all very kind. I ordered their old fashioned hamburger and added tomato with a side of sweet potato fries and a can of coke. Genuinely the best hamburger I have ever had. It was also the perfect size for me as well. Would definitely go back just for that hamburger.

Dee Marshall Walked in and immediately was welcomed in by all the beautiful faces this place had to offer. On top of the great hospitality was the food tasting like it was made with love. I’m not from here but the hospitality sure made this traveling soldier want to move here. Thank you Waffle House Port Allen!

Katheryne Goodson Stopped in with my 3yo after visiting the museum. Got the mixed plate and everything was hot, the fish filets were huge and cooked perfectly. Perfect portions we were able to share and have leftovers to snack on later. My only complaint was how small the establishment is, its standing room only and seating is limited. Not uncommon for downtown establishments, everything else was exceptional.
