Texas Roadhouse - (Near Ruston, LA)

5 /5 no name: Out for anniversary this afternoon, wanted to try the new Texas Roadhouse and was definitely not disappointed. We had Allie for our server and she was more than awesome. We had the cactus blossom for the appetizer, it was so good. I had that 12 oz ribeye cooked to my preferred well done with loaded potatoes and steamed broccoli. I added the shrimp skewer to that, it was absolutely heaven. My better half ordered the brownie & ice cream at the end, like we needed it but it was a temptation I couldnt resist. All in all, a very memorable dining experience.

3 /5 Whitney Younse: Waited almost an hour to receive our food. Second batch of rolls was burnt. Fries tasted old and hotdog bun was hard as a brick, spend $7 and my son couldnt even eat it. Steak taste amazing and side salad was amazing

5 /5 Rileigh: I’ve had somewhat bad experiences at this location closer to when they first opened. They were always out of baked potatoes, making medium rare steaks completely gray, not holding true to modifications like changing a salad dressing. However, last night we decided to try it again since it’s been a month or two, and it was perfect. 10/10, no notes. Our waitress, Cayla, was attentive, fast, polite, without being overly fake nice or bothering us too much - we’re introverts. I got a ribeye, medium rare, and is attached in my review. It was cooked perfectly, seasoned well, and charred perfectly as well. My fiancé got a the filet salad, also medium rare and also cooked perfectly.

3 /5 Keary Martin: Got on the waitlist ahead of time, 25 minutes out, was called in to stand and waited for 10-15 more minutes. Place was packed beyond belief. Was seated and drink orders taken. Waiter returns and we ordered entrees. Out of prime rib, out of macaroni for the kids. Our salads came quickly but we had no silverware and still no drinks for about 10 minutes, I had to ask as they had forgotten. Entrees arrived and the ribeyes were tough BUT it was on point medium rare color steak I’ve had at a TR.

2 /5 Tammy Smith: They brought me out a salad that they already added salad dressing too, which i didnt order, along with my salad dressing. Of course I sent it back and got a fresh salad. Why would they do that. I guess they thought I wouldnt notice. Shame of them for serving me a salad that no one else wanted. The waitress was super nice though. You guys have to do better, especially for a place that hasnt been open that long, but long enough not to be doing that. Its as if they feel they can serve you anything and its okay. Shame on them.
