Normally, that drink can lean a bit bitter, but his custom recipe was perfectly balanced and absolutely delicious. His friendly personality and creativity made the experience memorable. Kudos to him!

5 /5 Amy Ables: My husband and I recently discovered our new favorite spot, and we cant wait to return! Although we arent locals, we were recommended to check out The Cotton. However, what we found above The Cottage was a hidden gem—an intimate, cozy bar and dining experience that felt like stepping into a charming speakeasy. The Eli had such a unique vibe that we instantly felt at home. The food was absolutely phenomenal, but it was our waiter, August, who truly made the evening unforgettable. He was not only a knowledgeable and skilled bartender but also had an amazing personality that added to the overall experience. We especially enjoyed dining in two oversized wingback chairs, which made our evening feel even more special. We will definitely be back, and we highly recommend this place to anyone looking for great food, drinks, and a wonderful atmosphere!
