Watergrill - (Near Houma, LA)

Patricia Coleman My husband and I took a trip to NOLA and my husband decided to try something different rather than the typical restaurant setting. I was reluctant to the idea due to the long line outside and lack of seating. However, I agreed to wait it out and take the food to go. Pros- everything was DELICIOUS!! The bread pudding was a unique color due to how it was decorated but still amazing. The staff was friendly and worked hard to get the line moving quickly. The portions are generous and the pricing is more than fair. We paid $42 (including tip) for everything shown in the pics. Cons- While the food was full of flavor, I would suggest going easier on the salt. For some patrons, I can see it being a bit much depending on what they are used to. Overall, 10/10 experience and if we ever visit NOLA again, we will be back to try a different dish.

Hvac pro Mama Ritas kitchen is a family owned business,with home style cooking from scratch. Mama Rita was awesome, very kind and sweet. She even came out to the car with a are good. The food is so good, you can tell it is made from love. Its been about a month since I was in Louisiana but I think about her food almost every other day

Jacqueline Collins Just so happened to call after owner had closed for the night. He answered and told me that he had closed for the night and was on his way home. After I told him I had out of state company and needed 10lbs of crawfish he mentioned he had 10 lbs of leftover crawfish with him. I was in Crowley and he was in Rayne. He offered to wait on me at the Rayne exit so I could get the crawfish he had. I don’t think many places of business would go out of there way in such a manor to take care of their customers!!! He’s got my business and I will certainly tell my friends and family. Thank you Millers Seafood Barn !!

Victor Womack So I’ve been to Veracruz once before, to meet up with some friends for some chips and drinks. So I was pleased to do a date night at Veracruz. The atmosphere is like an elevated dining experience with the decorations and with a Latin theme. We started off with the corn dip, which is very good. My wife got the shrimp quesadilla and she loved it. I got the chicken and steak fajitas and I use some of the corn dip to make my tacos. Wow the flavors melted together extremely well. All in all a great dining experience.

Lacie Landry Food, vibe and service have us wanting to return! The restaurant was quite busy on a Sunday afternoon but attentiveness and food were perfection as we sat at the bar enjoying the atmosphere and modern aesthetic. From the crafty cocktails, to the duck empanada appetizer and Molcajete entree for 2 (plus to go box/bowl), we thoroughly enjoyed our entire meal and can’t wait to try more!
