3 /5 Stephanie Gentry: Wendy’s food is good, but the drive thru experience isn’t great. They park you almost every time just to avoid timer issues, which feels unnecessary. Eating inside is better, but there were a lot of flies when I went.

1 /5 Elizabeth Duplechin: I ran through the drive through this morning. The lady asked if she could help me and when I asked for a second to look at the menu, she was completely silent. No response. After a few seconds I ordered and she just stated my total. I pulled up to the window and she didn’t utter a single word. Just passed my food and drink through the window barely acknowledging me. I ordered a sausage egg and cheese biscuit and there were egg shells in the egg, including one big piece.

2 /5 Joshua Holland: Its really unacceptable here. I honestly feel like you guys need some new management. Okay, the people you have working here have no common sense. I order six drinks and the person at the window wants to hand me all six drinks without a caddy Are you serious? Thats common sense? Number one number two. Then, when I ask for a drink caddy, you dont know what Im talking about, like, you guys have people here working here that dont know what things are that makes no sense. And then on top of that, I have to wait an extra ten minutes just 2 kids meals and 2 other regular orders, which were combos. Thats crazy. You guys need to do better because if not, I do not mind applying for the job here and making things right!!!!!!

1 /5 S.E.: I went there once for lunch 3 weeks ago 4 weeks ago worst double cheeseburger I ever had in my life the meat was cold. Figured Id go in today and just get a Frosty and the white gal behind the counter was rude as for a little extra caramel in my Frosty and she acted like I was a problem and said I put the right amount in if you want more I have to charge you for it,, I said thats fine. Kind of frustrating when I come to a place to eat a customer service oriented industry that they act like Im the problem will never go to this Wendys ever again Im sure some of the other employees were very very friendly but the interaction with this lady was unpleasant
