Whataburger - (Near DeRidder, LA)

5 /5 leonard williams: I was taking a load to Mississippi with my wife. We love Whataburger, but what made this one different was the atmosphere. EVERYONE was kind. No one seemed hurried or stressed. The restaurant was super clean. My wife said the womens bathroom was super clean ( thats saying something coming from my wife). The food was better than that of the Whataburgers we go to back home. Excellent.

2 /5 Stephanie Gentry: Whataburger has been hit or miss for me when it comes to service. The drive thru is always slow, and when I dined in, it took about 10 minutes before anyone even came to the counter to take our order. The self ordering machine was broken. The food took a while to come out, and my order was wrong. The guy who helped us seemed like he did not want to be there. On a positive note, the dining area and bathrooms were both very clean.

5 /5 Anthony Adams: When I came walking in the door, I was greeted by this one tall guy his name is DeMarcus very friendly guy really enjoyed the service really enjoyed the food. Y’all need to give this guy a raise man very respectful young man I loved it I need to talk to the manager about this guy my new spot Whataburger

3 /5 Caleb Miceli: As a huge Whataburger fan, and someone who has been to hundreds of Whataburgers across the country and was even a manager at one for a while, this one is simply just middle of the road. The food is always good, but they are SLOW. Even if you order a head through the app youre going to end up waiting for a while. The other problem is that they mess up orders pretty consistently. Youre never guaranteed to get exactly what you ordered or how you ordered it. A caveat though is I dont blame the employees. Seems like a management issue to me. If they could just fix those couple of things they would be a great part of the chain.
