2 /5 Stephanie Gentry: Whataburger has been hit or miss for me when it comes to service. The drive thru is always slow, and when I dined in, it took about 10 minutes before anyone even came to the counter to take our order. The self ordering machine was broken. The food took a while to come out, and my order was wrong. The guy who helped us seemed like he did not want to be there. On a positive note, the dining area and bathrooms were both very clean.
