3 /5 JuOuttaHTown: First off.. upon entry into the restaurant, I was greeted by some very friendly young children, eager to have another customer. The waitress was very nice and smiling as well. The children took my drink order and asked if I wanted pita. I said "sure", with a smile. I ordered the Gyro Plate. A few minutes after I placed my order with the waitress, another young child came and asked if I wanted hummus. I obliged by saying yes, Id like some. A short while later the young child brought me a small plate of hummus to go with the pita. Once my gyro arrived it also had a portion of hummus and a small salad. I wasnt aware that when the child offered hummus that Id be charged an additional appetizer charge of $5.00 for the hummus she offered. I felt like that was sneaky, but I couldnt question a 5-6 year old little girl about this. When I inquired with the waitress about it, she just stated that yes, I had ordered the appetizer hummus also. So... I was just charged an extra $5.00 for no real good reason and no understanding of the misunderstanding with a child. The place seemed dirty. My cup of water looked as if it had not been washed at all. Once I entered the restroom, it had an extremely strong urine smell. The camode had no door for privacy, no lock on the entry door either. There was no soap at the sink, nor was there any means to dry my hands. I also noticed that I was charged an additional 4% of my bill for not paying with cash. I just felt like a restaurant experience should be much better. I would not recommend this place to anyone. I gave 3 stars because the gyro sandwich wasnt terrible. I wish these folks the best of luck in the future.
