R. Manuel This workers was Working front, fryer, and drive thru ALONE! PLEASE INCREASE HER PAY GRADE CAUSE MANAGER OR NOT...THIS WAS ACCESSIVE FOR ME AS A SERVER!!! People walked out...This was sad BUT she still had a smile! Bless her ABUNDANTLY 10/23/25 7:13 A.M SHE WAS THERE...I didnt get her name though!

Sherri Lilly We stopped in after a long travel day of nothing but junk food. The nicest young man took our order right away and it was ready and handed to us in just a few minutes. The chicken is spectacular, as always. We call it life-changing chicken. Everyone working there today was very friendly and the food was still hot when we got home with it about 40 minutes later.

Brady Miller First time visiting since the new management, and it was really good! I had a cheeseburger with fries and also got to try the fried catfish. Everything tasted fresh and was flavorful. The cheeseburger was a good size and one of the better burgers I’ve had in the area.

Word Unheard I had the Dos Amigos, which is two enchiladas, chicken or beef (I chose chicken), beans, and rice. My wife has something that I cant remember, because I didnt eat any of it. The service here is always great, alway served quickly, and the staff is very nice.

Michael Mays First time ever going there i lives in Ruston, 12/15/25 they forgot to put our 2 orders of fries in the bag we had to ride back around i understand it it was not the girl in the window fault, also lunch time they toke our bag looking in it to making sure we wasnt lieing guess looking for grease stains than had attitude will never go there again

Deloris Wilson Popeyes is my favorite chicken fast food restaurant. The chicken is crispy, but it is not greasy. My favorite side is the Cajun rice. The workers are patient & hospitable.

Walt Stevens I never leave reviews but as I sit here on my bathroom floor at 2a.m. I feel obligated to let people know. Around 6pm on 9/21 I stopped to get a sandwich on my way home from the lake. 6” Ultimate BMT on white & one of those new Pizza rolls (gross btw). The person making my sandwich appeared to be totally unprepared, I assumed she was new so I gave her the benefit of the doubt. Once she got the first steps of my sandwich prepped, she handed it off to a guy who I watch walk from the back of the restaurant tucking his shirt in. He proceeded to sloppily put lettuce, bell pepper, onion & mayo on my sandwich. When he opened the veggies I noticed they looked a little wilted but the bin was full so I assumed it was a relatively fresh. I paid & went on my way, eating the sandwich while on the road talking with my friend on the phone. I even mentioned to her that I had an uneasy feeling about my subway after watching it be prepared so haphazardly with questionable ingredients & employees. Well around 1:30am I woke up with cold sweats, bubbling stomach and my mouth producing massive amounts of saliva. I knew it was coming! When I made it to the bathroom, I wasn’t sure which end it was going to come out of first. Luckily I was able to contain everything to the toilet. I am feeling a little better now that I have purged EVERYTHING from my body from both ends... As I sit here on my bathroom floor contemplating the whole experience I am able to find 1 positive in all of this. I am reminded of how important it is to trust your instincts. If it doesn’t look for feel right, just walk away… Long story short, I will never eat at this subway or any other subway for that matter after this experience. You can do what you want, but I HIGHLY recommend you avoid this specific subway in Jonseboro, LA unless you enjoy food poisoning.
