Jimmy K Had a great experience at Hook & Reel in Livonia! The seafood was fresh, flavorful, and perfectly seasoned. The boils was delicious, with generous portions and bold spices. Service was friendly and attentive, and the atmosphere was fun and welcoming. Everything came out hot and tasted amazing. Definitely a spot I’ll be coming back to and recommending to friends and family!

Chris Levicki Very friendly and helpful with the menu. Tried the lunch special greek salad and lamb shwarma wrap. I enjoyed it and my only critique is the lamb pieces were a bit dried out. Will try the chicken next time.

Vivian Dbouk Updated review.... we gave them a chance to make it right after a completely failed order... and they did not disappoint. The manager and owner really did go the extra mile to make sure they have happy customers. I really hope all future orders are taken care of with the same amount of effort that was shown tonight. Wow what a difference, reminds me of the first time we tried this establishment out and fell in love with the food! As soon as my husband walked into the house I could smell the fresh hot food! The entire order was perfect, everything was hot, nothing was missing and it all tasted great! Thankyou again for showing loyal customers you actually care for them doing business with you and enjoy your food! I wish you the best in future success and a team that will want to put in this type of effort for every person that walks thru your doors.

Gee H So delicious! Honestly, everything on the menu is amazing. They really have something for everyone, with vegan options, halal options and celiac-friendly dishes. My personal favorites are the drunken noodles and the gang garee, but you really can’t go wrong with anything. It’s become my weekly treat, and the staff always makes the experience even better with their warm and friendly service. Definitely a place worth coming back to again and again!

Edward Hegemann First time coming here, and we were thoroughly impressed. The food was excellent—every dish was full of flavor and beautifully prepared. It is a bit on the pricey side, but absolutely worth it for the quality and overall experience. Our waitress, Sheila was outstanding. We came with a group of nine, and she managed everything effortlessly. She was attentive without being intrusive, quick to follow up on anything we needed, and genuinely pleasant from start to finish. Her service alone made the evening feel special. The atmosphere was truly one of a kind. Spanish Christmas music played softly in the background the entire time, creating a warm and festive vibe. Combined with the beautiful Christmas lights decorating the restaurant, it made the whole place feel magical and inviting. We’ll definitely be returning the next time we’re in town. Highly recommended!
