4 /5 G Lee: I visited Biglora in Ann Arbor around happy hour and found it to be a large, lively space with plenty of indoor and outdoor seating. One section of the outdoor seating is heated, which is great for colder months. Parking was a bit tricky because the lot was busy.
I sat at the bar, and the bartender was attentive, kind, and knowledgeable, which made the experience enjoyable. For happy hour, I tried the Tuscan Fries and Pizza Frittas ($6 each). The Tuscan Fries came in a small basket with a decent portion, though no special sauce was included. The Pizza Frittas were soft and pillowy with three pieces served with marinara, though they lacked distinct flavor.
For pizza, I went with the Roasted Tomato White Pizza ($17). The burrata sold me on; while not authentic Italian quality, it was very close and enjoyable. The pizza was a good size and reasonably priced. I probably wouldn’t order that exact pizza again but would try a different option next time.
Overall: Biglora offers a fun and spacious dining experience, attentive service, and good happy hour options. I would return to try more items and explore their menu further.
