1 /5 Lincoln Ouellette: I’ve genuinely never had a dining experience like this. Our server made several mistakes, it happens, but did not offer to take anything off the bill and we were still charged the 20% auto gratuity. We asked for the bill and did not see her for the next 20 minutes, had to go ask the bartender so we could leave. The “best wings ever” were no bigger than the size of my thumb and did not even have the correct sauces on them (we were still charged full price of course). I never expect things for free, but when the quality of food and service are severely lacking I would hope I wouldn’t be forced to give a tip that is not earned. I would not eat here again even if it was the last food on Earth.

2 /5 Jessica Ashford: I was VERY dissatisfied! Last night was my first time going here from a recommendation on tictok… i tried a 20piece wings and cajuan fries… wings tasted BURNT! No flavor from the house buffalo sauce all i can taste is a burnt taste! FRIES was cold and thin! 4/10 Do NOT recommend!

5 /5 Jayson Lavoie: Today was my 1st time at Bugsys. Jill (great service) suggested the wings. Her suggestion did not disappoint, they were delicious! Both bartenders seemed to have working together down to a science even when it got a little busy. I will definitely be back.

1 /5 Taylor Martha: So rude the customer service was so careless because it’s automatic gratuity me and my homegirl waited 30 minutes by the pool table because the other area was full. No one came to check on us, but the bartender proceeded to peek his head out and look over their mind, you is cold as hell in that area but when we got our bill, it was automatic gratuity and I just thought it wasn’t even necessary because Y’all took 40 minutes to take our order. We got there at 10 o’clock and then at 10:43 they were rushing us saying that the kitchen closes as if we weren’t already inside the building. It was just a very rude experience inviting my friend out to have a drink and our night was turned left because it was busy, but it’s still a way to approach everyone to let them know we got you

1 /5 Shannon Hall: They added auto-gratuity. God only know how many dont see this and double tip. Ordered the wings. They were horrible. Tinest wings you can serve, not worth a $1 a piece. Very very salty. There are bettet bars with better wings and dont charge auto gratuity
