1 /5 Vulpe: I feel awful for saying this because my family has attended this location for a bit, but I am honestly so sick and tired of how fast Chef runs out of food. I get it, its good. Authentic? Meh. But good nonetheless, and one of the better takeout options around these parts. For the prices of the items on the menu, the food should not be as scarce as it is. If you are only open for four days a week, there should be a good amount of time to prep for the coming days. One of my biggest pet peeves is when I dont feel my time is respected. I feel that it is unfair to tell people you are open until a certain time, only for them to have to arrive to the location to see that you are closed due to lack of preparation. I know this weekend is busy, but that should be taken into account when prepping during the week. Please take this as constructive criticism, because the food is good. Unfortunately I can never get my hands on it by the time I actually would eat dinner, and will not be returning for some time because my time simply does not feel valued.
