Crispellis Bakery & Pizzeria - Troy - (Near Troy, MI)

3 /5 elevenelevenlife: I love Crispellis pizza, but they keep getting the same issue wrong time and time again. I have complained in the past. If you dine in, and get pizza it’s fine. But if you get take out, the crust will be soggy on the bottom. That starts to feel disgusting after a while in an mouthfeel way. It should be crispy. Even crunchy. Other pizzerias do not have this problem, especially Jets, but even recently I had Buddys and it was crispy. Pretty sure I know what the problem is but I shouldn’t have to fix your problem. Everything else is fine. I believe this is an update on an older review. The pizza I got tonight was an extra cheese, extra sauce, mush and pep. And there was also so much cheese, or it wasn’t all browned/baked properly that it was gross to eat. It also wasn’t cut evenly. Here’s some photos of the soggy bottomed pizza

5 /5 Charlie Stobaugh: Really really great pizza, I had the Detroit style pizza it was fresh, great crispy crust. The restaurant itself was nice also nice. My waitress was very nice . I did get cookies to go for a dessert, they tasted good but maybe slightly over cooked, nothing a glass of milk Can’t fix! If I’m ever in the area again( I was in the area for a work meeting) I will be back!

5 /5 Urban Eaters Król Krzywonosy: Troy, MI We love Crispelli’s. Today we didn’t order a pizza but their pizzas are delicious with fresh ingredients. Highly recommend the Crispelli salad. Yummy!! Today, I got the soup and salad combo. Hubby ordered the new Smash Burger. You can have sit down service or category. This place is louder than the restaurant in Royal Oak. They have a gluten free menu Only negative is the parking lot! Needs to be replaced.
