3 /5 J C: Our server wasnt very knowledgeable and had to keep asking a different server for each answer- maybe she was new, but didnt mention it. One of the people in our group ordered the beef wellington, but got a steak instead. She decided to keep it because it took so long to get it in the first place. The other ordered a medium steak and got it basically well done, but again, kept it because it took so long to get our dinner to begin with. I ordered a bone-in ribeye, and when it arrived, it smelled terrible/rancid. I thought it was just me, but everyone at the table could smell it from where they were sitting. I ended up sending it back and eating a few bites from the others. My daughter wanted the chocolate cake on the menu, but they didnt have it. It was my daughters 15th birthday and she requested we come here for dinner months ago and was so excited! We drove almost 2 hours each way from where we live, just to be super disappointed. We came here for the first time last year and had a similar experience, but we thought maybe it was just a glitch. Turns out, it was not. I will say the atmosphere is nice (although the room was freezing, so we had to move to a different room), and the man who seated us and took our coats/pulled out our chairs was excellent. (Main reason my daughter loved it so much the first time). However, we wont be coming back again after this.
