3 /5 E. B. Snodgrass: I have driven by here a few times and thought my dinning out group would like to try it. We had a small group of gals who did. Varied menu have use pizzas, burgers, salads, sandwiches, and entrees to choose from. My cheeseburger was dry and so was the other ordered. Pizza choice was good but the salads were a hit. Noisy even not full but if you came to watch different sports all at once instead of having conversations, you will not mind. Since everything was average, not that bad or good I am not sure if we will come back.

5 /5 Lindsay Truax: Food was unbelievable! I was sticker shocked at the prices. Didnt love those! But the food was so delicious that it helped ease the fact that I was not too happy my sister picked this place when I have three kids to feed. The atmosphere was so great! You would think it would be stuffy bc it is a more upscale bar and grille but ppl were cheering on their teams and we did as well, made for a great time! Service was above and beyond. Loved our server!

My initial experience about six months ago was less than stellar—both the service and food left much to be desired, and the overall vibe felt a bit underwhelming. However, my recent visit with my partner completely changed my perspective. From the moment we arrived, we were warmly greeted by Joe, one of the owners, who made an excellent first impression. Dressed impeccably, he personally escorted us to our table, setting the tone for what turned out to be an exceptional experience. Our server was attentive, friendly, and provided top-notch service throughout the meal. The food was absolutely outstanding—fresh, flavorful, and well-prepared. The atmosphere was equally impressive, with TVs throughout the space showing the Tigers game, which added to the lively yet relaxed environment. As an added bonus, the owner is clearly passionate about sports, and he took the time to engage in a conversation with my partner and me about local teams and events, which was a nice touch. Overall, I’m thoroughly impressed with how much this place has improved, and I’ll definitely be returning in the future. We’re especially looking forward to enjoying the Lions game on Sunday night!

4 /5 Rumple Stillskin: The place was clean and atmosphere was good. As slow as it was the service was a little lacking. The waitress kept forgetting things, but everyone has their bad days. Hopefully hers got better. Whats always most important is the food. We got the nachos as an appetizer. They came with plenty of beer cheese. That was great, but there was very little meat on them. Maybe its because the last few restaurants we went to had great nachos, but everyone found them disappointing. I had the Ruben sandwich. Its what I get to compare restaurants. Theirs was ok. Certainly not the best Ive had. I would still go back again.

5 /5 Patrick Davidson: I’ve never written a restaurant review before. I felt compelled to today after my fourth time eating at Joe Kool’s in Novi. While entering the establishment, I saw a well dressed man wiping the windows down near the entrance. My wife used the restroom and came back and her first comment was,”I can’t believe how immaculately clean the restroom is”and she complimented the manager Joe, Same guy that was wiping the windows down when we walked in.Joe stopped by during our meal and thanked us for the compliment, and you could just tell he puts his heart and soul into that restaurant. The food was very fresh and well prepared just like the previous times we visited. . The staff is very friendly also. My compliments to the very well run establishment!
