L Georges Coney Island - (Near Westland, MI)

Nathan Bailey I come here every Sunday for the breakfast special since the parking lot across the street is free on Sunday. This is one of my absolute favorite restaurants in Ann Arbor; service is always very friendly and fast, the food is very tasty, and I love all the stickers. I’m so happy that we have this 24/7 diner in town.

Zahraa Jomaa I ordered the grilled chicken and was blown away by how juicy and tender it was. The hummus here is absolutely the creamiest and freshest I’ve ever tasted. Beyond the amazing food, the staff’s warm hospitality made the whole experience truly memorable. Highly recommend Fattoush Village for authentic Mediterranean flavors and genuine customer care!!

Mateo Gebon I stopped by somewhat late in the evening, and I found the interior to be charming in an old fashioned sort of way. There’s relatively few places like this out my way, so this was nice. The prices were decent, and I found the food to be nice. Service was quick and friendly. I got two burgers and a coney dog, and it was definitely enough. My one word of caution would be that although they accept cards for paying now, tipping is still a cash only thing. That aside, Bates Burgers makes for a nice late night experience I think.

Monica Sparks Golden 28 is a must-visit for authentic Vietnamese flavor and warm hospitality! We had a delicious spread mussels, chow mein noodles, fried rice, and egg rolls and everything was fresh, flavorful, and perfectly prepared. The mussels were tender and well-seasoned, the chow mein had the perfect balance of texture and sauce, the fried rice was fragrant and satisfying, and the egg rolls were crispy with just the right crunch. Each dish was served hot and full of flavor. What made the experience even better was the sweet and kind person who served us they truly made us feel welcome and appreciated. The service was attentive, patient, and genuine, which made the meal even more enjoyable. The atmosphere is peaceful and cozy great for a casual lunch or dinner. Golden 28 is definitely one of Grand Rapids’ hidden gems for Vietnamese cuisine. Five stars all around! Will definitely be back.

Samantha Moore Beef broccoli is the best around. Not a huge fan of the sweet and sour sauce but Ill definitely be back to try the orange chicken. Edit: the orange chicken is delicious. I asked for the sauce on the side and an extra sweet and sour sauce cup and they only charged $1 for the extra sauce (picky 2 year old) portions were huge as well.

Gretchell Herman This was a good spot to hit while we didnt have power after a storm. Pizza was affordable (under $10 for just cheese). Drinks are reasonable and music is a good mix
