The interior is stunning—airy, modern, and tastefully infused with coastal touches that make you feel transported far beyond Michigan. Soft blue hues in velvety fabrics wrap the space in calm elegance, while pearl-like vases with delicate orchids add a refined glow. Overhead, chandeliers shimmer like bubbles rising through seafoam, complementing the famous painting on the wall. The food is exceptional. Each dish is crafted with care, beautifully presented, and full of flavor—striking the balance between creativity and comfort. You can tell the ingredients are top-notch, and the menu reflects both skill and imagination. We had blue steel focaccia, sauté de cossi and meatballs to start: just perfect. Next we had a round of pasta dishes, once again: excellent. Cocktails are layered and complex: Viale, Martini and Vecchio Stile- AMAZING. And dessert: we had Delizia Di Limone: delectable sphere of delicate lemon cream contrasting with sugar cookie base- again, AMAZING. Perfect place for special occasion or gathering with your friends, or if you simply want to portal into the bliss of a sparkling seaside, where elegance, romance, and wonder all flow together like the tide.

Alex A I stopped by Shawermer on Saj food truck in Westland and was seriously impressed! I ordered both the chicken shawarma on saj and the beef version, both were delicious, flavorful, and super fresh. The sandwiches are huge and packed full, definitely worth the price. The staff were really nice, service was quick, and everything came out hot and tasty. Next time I’ll definitely get mine with extra garlic sauce and pickles for that perfect bite. Easily one of the best shawarma spots around, I’ll absolutely be back!

Talal Hasan Great Food and Unbeatable Value! I recently tried Eagless Cafe II and was really impressed. The food is very good, with fresh ingredients and great flavors. I ordered one of their combos for just $7.99, which is an amazing deal for the amount and quality of the food you get. If youre looking for a delicious meal that wont break the bank, you have to check this place out. The service was friendly and quick too. Ill definitely be coming back!

Rachael Cole Came here for my solo trip to detroit and I’m deeply satisfied that I picked this restaurant for my dinner. Got recommended to it by a friend who is also a chef and it did not disappoint! I always felt anxious about dining in alone but this experience was relaxing and calm. The food was amazing, had good vegetarian options as well. Dessert was my favorite, as a fellow pastry chef! Wine pairings I received were perfect and worked within my budget. Amazing service and amazing food, no complaints!

valerie parsons Outstanding food! First time here and wasn’t sure what I was in for. It was so nice to not see teens running the show, but a more mature and attentive staff. Grinders were very good, even my 92 year-young Mom agreed. We will be back as our go-to grinder/sub place.
