5 /5 Cess Porter: Love their restaurant can accommodate 20+ people for big gathering. Also, have private space for small events at the restaurant if you need privacy. The food is great and staff are friendly.

3 /5 Leslie Smaltz: Stayed recently for a work trip, decided I’d grab dinner in the restaurant in the hotel and honestly that was a big mistake. The menu first didn’t match to what they showed online which was kind of annoying but they still had some stuff that sounded good. Ordered a soup, drink and entree had planned to order dessert afterwards. My waitress took a while to even come say hello and bring a menu (there were about 6 people in the restaurant at the time, plus a group that was forming for what I gather was a larger group), plus another server. Got my drink, got my entree, but no soup. 10 mins goes by and finally got a refill on my drink. Another 20ish minutes goes by before I see her again and she asks if I am done. By this point I was over it I didn’t want the soup anymore and I definitely wasn’t going to get dessert. She brings the check, puts on the table and says nothing. I pay, and as I’m leaving I pass her again and she says nothing. I don’t understand how someone works in hospitality was so unfriendly towards their customers. Absolutely ruined the whole experience. Salad was OK but a bit wilted. And the chicken tenders (didn’t have high expectations for because it’s just chicken tenders) tasted like any generic ones you’d expect from a fast food restaurant.

5 /5 Chrystal Schreck: Delicious food, super friendly staff, and modern atmosphere. This “in hotel” restaurant hit the mark. E’Lexus was our server and did a great job taking care of us. I had the pork ribeye, mashed potatoes and asparagus. Everything was cooked perfectly and seasoned on point. Hats off to the chef!

5 /5 Steve Quarry: The attention to detail with the cooking is incredible. I’m blown away. I would drive out of my way to come eat at this hotel restaurant and I never thought I’d say that in my life. If you don’t try it, you’re missing out. The grill cook obviously knows what they’re doing.

5 /5 Steve Williams: We hosted a team dinner here while staying at the hotel for a lacrosse tournament. Matt and his team setup a menu for us that was fairly priced and allowed all 36 of us to eat together in the back room at a set time. All of the food was great, but the smash burgers and fries won the day. The salads were good too. :) Matt and his team provided amazing service and we all had a great time. Will be staying at the hotel and eating at Lift next time we are back in K-Zoo!
