4 /5 Mark Thomas: Stopped for lunch on Friday the 13th. A lucky day, it turns out. (Im not superstitious)
The service was pleasant, prompt & professional. (Feeling alliterative today)
A clean, organized mix of booths and low-top tables with a good amount of space between. Did whack my knee a couple of times on the table support in a booth so, if your legs are extra long, watch out.
Music is low volume. Only real noise was occasional clatter of dishes from the kitchen.
Perused the menu until my ocular receptors found something that got their attention. Hot meatloaf sandwich with smashed taters & green beans, just like someones grandma used to make.
And theres all-you-can-eat soup, too. Three of them. Chicken noodle, cream of mushroom & vegetable. The mushroom was thick & tasty.
A bit of restraint on the salt would be in order but otherwise it was pretty good.
All that ran under $15. (June 25)
