LongHorn Steakhouse - (Near Milledgeville, MI)

1 /5 Alberto Montes de Oca: If I could give 0 stars, I would. This was the worst service Ive received in a long time. I came to dinner with some coworkers, and from the start, they told us that a large portion of the steak menu was unavailable. After placing our order and waiting an hour, the waiter informed us that some of the dishes we ordered were sold out and we had to change our order. Then they served the dishes one by one, so we couldnt eat together, and several dishes arrived cold. On top of that, a simple drink took more than half an hour to be served. This restaurant and its terrible service were a disaster. I do not recommend it and I will never go back.

5 /5 Vanessa Snelling: This review isnt for any one isolated experience. This is my experience as a whole. This place isnt perfect. But - if theres one thing I can appreciate in todays time - is CONSISTENCY! I may nkt be served absolutely delicious food every single time, but I will be served Good food CONSISTENTLY. Ive had one bad experience there out of the billion visits I have been. I do feel the need to make this note though...I was reading through the other reviews and noticed a lady witnessed a waitress mix up checks, charge cards, etc by mistake. Well, thats something that probably needs to be kept an eye on because it also has happened to me. Theres so many scams out there who knows what the next new thing is. Just watch your account and verify youre paying for your own ticket. I hadnt thought of this until I read that ladies review...better safe than sorry. It was a really nice blonde who made the mistake with me. Not sure if its the same person or not.

5 /5 David Lewis: A very busy location. However, the food was excellent, the wait staff were cheerful and friendly, and the food came as ordered and was hot. If you are in a hurry, I would not recommend this as they make your dining experience one to be memorable. The restrooms were clean, and the facility is clean and well maintained. A negative, the prices have gone up considerably over the last year. Very comparable to long horn in spokane Washington .

5 /5 Greg Kimball: i recently visited the Longhorn Steakhouse at 2470 N Columbia St, in Milledgeville, GA. I was staying in the area and this Longhorn was close by to my hotel. I entered the restaurant and went to the bar where I was quickly greeted and my order taken. I believe the young ladies name was Cindy. She is very good at her job and very professional. Good job.

1 /5 edward dellinger: The service was horrible. We waited forever from the time we walked in the door. There was no hostess present for at least 3 to 5 minutes. Once we were seated, we waited forever to get drinks. Ten minutes after we ordered an appetizer, we were told that they were out of that appetizer. Then, we noticed other tables that were seated after us getting food that didnt seem to be any more complicated or labor Intensive than our order. The pick that I included is the steak salad on the lunch menu. As you can see, it is rather small. It is actually smaller than a lot of the side salads that I get from comparable steakhouses. I did notice at least one manager that was going through the dining room trying to fill in where he could. This place obviously has serious human resource problems with everything from their kitchen staff to their servers. I would be interested to know if this is a common theme with corporately owned restaurants in milledgeville, versus privately owned. Because I usually only eat at privately owned restaurants here and they are quite good.
