5 /5 john: If I could give 10 stars I would. Our server was great, young tall guy with dark hair, super polite. I had the stuffed grouper with broccoli and potato soup. Fish was melt in your mouth good. Actually cleaned my plate which never happens. Husband got the ribeye, cooked perfect, and the French onion soup was solid too. Definitely worth a visit.

5 /5 Craven Moore: Lucky’s was highly recommended to me by a few people so I decided to visit this restaurant for the first time and I was not disappointed. The steak was juicy, well seasoned and cooked to a perfect medium temperature. The potatoes were cheesy and delicious. The salad was fresh and the calamari was absolutely amazing. I also had an Old Fashioned to drink and it was strong and well made. In addition to a great meal we had exceptional service which made for an overall excellent experience. I highly recommend this restaurant and I will definitely be back again in the next future.

1 /5 Holly Fisher: My family and I have been coming to Lucky’s for many years and getting takeout numerous times. This time was the LAST time we will EVER GO BACK! We ordered carryout for our Anniversary. We ordered multiple items and brought them home. One of the items was the Buffalo Chicken Tenders with Onion Rings. Those came SUPER SOGGY. Another item was the Fried Ravioli with Marinara. No marinara. Called to inform them.The manager Kathy and Alicia were the WORST managers EVER! WORST CUSTOMER SERVICE! Should not be representing any company! Reason why is because we called to inform them of the food we received and didn’t receive. They told us to put the SOGGY appetizer in the freezer and when we want to come back bring it in and they will make new. ARE YOU KIDDING ME?!?! Then the marinara sauce that was missing that goes hand and hand with the ravioli was told that we should have some kind of sauce like that in our cupboard. I can’t believe the answers were “put it in the freezer and you should have marinara in your home.” LUCKY’S you just lost good paying customers because of the lack of customer service and lack of caring for your customers.

It’s rare to find someone so perfectly "on it." He was top-notch—knowledgeable, attentive, and didn’t miss a single beat. He paced the meal perfectly, ensuring we never felt rushed but were always looked after. If you go, do yourself a favor and ask for his section. ​The Cocktails: A Sweet Kick ​We started with the Salted Caramel Espresso Cocktail, and it was easily the best version of an espresso martini I’ve ever had. It was balanced, rich, and had that perfect salty-sweet finish that makes it dangerously drinkable. It’s the kind of drink that sets the tone for a high-end evening. ​The Main Course: Steak Perfection ​The food at Lucky’s is clearly handled by people who respect the ingredients. Even if you think you don’t like sprouts, order these. They are crispy, savory, and completely addictive. ​Gorgonzola Ribeye: My wife ordered this, and it was a flavor explosion. The richness of the gorgonzola crust paired with the high-quality marbling of the ribeye was a match made in heaven. ​Au Gratin Potatoes: The ultimate comfort side. They were cheesy, thinly sliced, and baked to perfection. ​The Verdict ​Lucky’s Prime Time Steakhouse isnt just a place to eat; it’s a place to celebrate great food and even better service. Between the flawless steaks and James’s incredible hospitality, we’ve already decided this is our new go-to spot in Rochester. ​Highly recommended!
