M1 Grill - (Near Pontiac, MI)

5 /5 A Little Consciousness: Im glad that I stopped at M1. I am very particular with cleanliness and food quality and they checked every box. I ordered a catfish dinner and mushroom Swiss with onion rings. The catfish was good real catfish, not that fake swai or talipia. The burger was very tasty and filling. Service was great and restaurant was very clean. Very pleasant experience that I would recommend to anyone who wants a great meal at a good price.

1 /5 Christopher Bush: One of the few conveniently located spots for a meal on the way home in my area. After several visits I have concluded that they do not care about the service they provide nor the quality of the food they serve. A couple of times, Ive made it home to find my order is bland, incorrect, or missing items. I have called to notify them in the past, and they cant even be bothered to offer a simple "Im sorry" or "Well fix that". Something more like an "Oh well" is what you can expect more or less. They bark unfriendly orders at you no matter how friendly you are to them "WINDOW!" vs "Thanks, see you the window" for example. The final nail for me was getting card a reader shoved into the pick-up window after being asked if I was paying cash or card. The server just walked away after dropping the card reader into the window. Normally, I just place my card in the pick-up window. She Didnt bother to see if I needed assistance or if she had placed the reader within my reach (Which she hadnt). I just drove away. Go somewhere else to buy food. Preferably where the staff are friendly and not miserable.

4 /5 Lydia M: The prices are very expensive and that’s why this place gets 4 stars instead of 5. My only other complaint is that I ordered a Ceasar salad and they could have chopped the onion instead of just putting a giant onion slice in the salad. The drive thru was very convenient and I got my food in reasonable time. The wings were great, crispy outside and juicy inside.

5 /5 Rob: I had the Greek skillet with hasbrowns , gyro meat , feta cheese and eggs over easy with a side of white toast and an Espresso milk shake. Everything was eggcellent. The only thing off was the ketchup. It was not Heinz thats for sure but it was OK. I can always bring in packets of Heinz ketchup next time...no biggie. Service was top notch and the diner was very clean. Highly recommended.

The food has always been good, the service is attentive and quick, and the place is very clean. It’s also convenient, which makes it an easy go-to. They’ve earned our repeat business, and we’ll definitely continue coming back.
